Are you referring to September for the released of the template which works with Joomla 1.7? I have a project that is on hold waiting for this update.
Could you please confirm? I may need to make other plans for the website.

Hi
Financial Business for J!1.7 will be release 2 weeks (sooner if possible) after August 8th.
We apologize for the delay. We are working hard to release templates J!1.7 updates, implementing the new features of News Show Pro GK4 to J!1.7 version or other ideas.
I take the opportunity to inform that this month template will be only release on J!1.7 and we will include already K2.5 component support.
Cheers

Will there ever be a 1.5 version of the August template.. ? and does that mean that there will be no more new 1.5 compatible templates ever ?

My apologize.
Here's a correction on my statement.
We will still release this template on J!1.5 also, but it will be the last one.
So next projects after this one will be release only on J!1.7.
The development of Joomla! versions changed (as some of your might already know). Official announcements from Joomla! Team Developers reveal short time releases between versions. As far as we know J!1.5 support will stop in April 2012 and at that time, there will be already version J!1.8 or J!2.5.
