Main Menu is displayed in foreground when modal pop-up...

This issue is applicable to several templates, not just Finance Biz.

When a pop-up window is open, main menu is displayed in the foreground.

Steps to repro the issue:

1. Open http://phoenix.globalevolver.com/
2. Navigate and Click on "Phoenix Startup Map" menu item
3. Navigate and click on the "Mail" icon

pop-up window is displayed. Template main menu appears in the foreground.
