how can I put a logo on top of the menu?

Hello There,
I have a couple questions, 1st time here

1. I would like to know how can I put a logo on top of the menu I try but didnt show up. Im using joomla 1.5

2. On the features news I created a newe photosile to 650px on header position but still show default size 700px. How can i resize this module.

I will appreciated any help thanks.

2. I don't see any modules with size set to 700px, the current size of the module is 75%. Can you PM me backend access?
