multilanguage problem

Hi i want to make a web site in two different language.I use joomla 1.7.3 when i select an module in the english language run ok,but when i select the same in the same position but for Greek language i cant see the bar below.The second problem i have is that i want to select 2 main menus in template properties English and Greek but the template have no options for this choice.What can i do to solve this 2 problems?

You should specifie the menu items for both languages in one menu. Please tell me more about the first problem. Show it to me.
