header Image Show Problem

Hi

I am looking help for Main Header Image Slide Show,
Problem Is: When i am uploading, and image in backend Module, Image is coming in center Thumbnail not fit to Screen which is 750Px Width and Height 310 px,

I dont want to use Stretch Image Option, its makes image so bad please help me regarding this

Hi This is not helping main problem is

Image size for main banner is 750px, but when i am uploading any image behind it should change, image into width 750 automatically,

Its not happening

Image is moving to center,

Please help please
