Flags appear but how can i change the menu for different languages? Gavik menu selected in the template options doesn't allow to select diferent languages.

You can create menu items for every language but you can't change the whole menu. Generally you get the same effect because after choosing a language you will see only menu items for selected language. Please read carefully tutorial from my previous post.
