Issues with Financial Business

Hi,

I bought a membership today and wanted to use the financial business template for a new web site. I have tried both the 1.7 and 1.5 quickstart with poor results on launching both;

http://dev.yourwebpros.net/YSEOP/ = 1.5.24 quick start that will not show up.

and

http://dev.yourwebpros.net/yourseopros/ = which does not look like the demo site.
I unpacked the archives with winrar and uploaded via filezilla to me FTP.

I use Rocket Theme, Shape5 and Joomlart templates often fro9 sites and do not have these issues...

Am I missing something here? I can't see the problem. Your help would be appreciated...

For joomla 1.7 Version while using installation do not click on install Sample Data Button as that button installs standard joomla sample data which overrides demo specific articles/modules etc.

Install sample data button is normally removed in Gavick Pro quick installations but in this version it was forgotten. Any more problems just post them in our forums...

Hi, Thank you for the tip. I reinstalled per your suggestion and the site worked earlier. When I now go back to the site;

http://dev.yourwebpros.net/yourseopros/

it is blank. I have not had this many issues with the other template clubs. I have installed over 150 different professional templates and not had issues like this. I can't find answers in the forum either. Am I doing something wrong?

I have tried to look at it in Firefox and IE....Please help...

We also have installed these templates many times Probably a issue with permissions or host settings preventing you seeing website...

If you have a local server you can test our templates and you will see that they are working fine.

What you can do is check file and folder permissions and as well as check apache logs for any errors.

Our server settings are working with Shape5 and Joomlart templates. I am not trying to brag about our work, just stating that we have launched 157 joomla sites in 18 months and I can't get Gavick templates to work properly. Am I missing something? Is there some setting or some other trick?
Your first tip worked for a bit but did the same think as the other tries.
How do i escalate this issue?
