(SOLVED) k2 system plugin installed not loading in the template...

I installed the template with the quick start package ...

everything works perfectly, but:
the plug-in system of k2 is not installed, and if I install the Simple Image Gallery PRO Plugin k2 to enter the galleries even if I have messages from the list of errors and plugins are installed and enabled by k2 screen of info is:

You have no idea why not load the plugin?
