Formatted text won´t work - Clean (X)HTML problem

Hello,

I have following problem with the news show pro module.
On my website www.grizzly-adams.de I need sometimes bold text in my news.
The nsp-module ignores it.
My text looks like this (picture1)
When I turn off "clean (X)HTML" my text is formatted, but the built-in image (no K2 Thumbnail) appears two times. Look at picture 2

What can I do? How to see text formatting and only one picture?
