Fonts and Typography

I have three questions:

1. How do I change the font in the main menu;?

2. How do I change the line height in the paragraph style so it more closely resembles a single space paragraph?

3. How do I get bulleted lists to display in this template. I'm using the JCE editor and though the text is formatted as an ordered or unordered list, it does not display as a list on the front end.

Any help is appreciated.

3. I think news show pro remove that formats, u can't show bold or italic too..
