Problem with website display on mobile devices

did you ever get a solution to this? i am using the sporter template and i too have it set to default in the backend and the mobile menu will pull when viewed on a mobile device 50% of the time...

In fact, is there a solution for the menu not beeing pulled down when viewed on mobile devices ???
It is anoying to have the template (sporter) not working on mobile devices!
