Documentation or Help Files?

Hello,
I try to import my existing website into a quickstart-installation of the Financial Business-Template. So many customization problems...

The last year when I used a gavick template there was a nice documentation pdf, but I can´t find them on your new page! Is there any helpfile for this template? It´s better than asking here for every dumb problem

I also share your opinion but guys at tech support do not. Only answer i got was that everything is explained at demo site and "there you will find all info needed..."
It would be nice to have it all on one pdf file as it was before
