Problem with stretching image in photoslide GK3 and intro text in GK4

First time posting here, dont know will I get solution here in forum or I need to open support ticket for this issue.
I have some trouble with photoslide GK3, in atachment are picture so you can check by yourself. I upload bigg picture but picture do not fill/stretch acros all photoslide GK3 what made him not so nice. Picture itself are bigger then photoslide so she should fit all GK3 "window". I try to choose option stretch but that do not help, please check the picture to see what I mean.

Second isue is news show pro GK4, in some tabs intro text is showing and in some not, cheked everything in administration but no help, same issue all the time. Articles have text, most of the articles are writing in same fashion so there is no reason that some tabs show intro tekst and some not.

Hopefuly someone will help me to fix this issue so I can continue with work on this beautiful template and publish my site on line.

I fix the second issue, it was related with number of text words, in article layout for GK4 I add bigger number for text limit and is OK.

Still can not solve first issue, can someone help? Images in photo slide show look bad because they not fill/stretch across all slideshow.

ahhh, fix both issue, slideshow who have trouble was transfered from my old gavick slideshow and he do not work properly, I erased all old slides, uploaded new one and now everything work.
