Is there a way to integrate pop out vimeo into this template?

I would like for a module on the homepage of financial business to be able to display my videos in a pop out like in the appsite demo

I think they made is as a core element there, either way, you can find the same kind of effects on JDE or, you can get for instance, JCE Editor which allows you to do the same in Modules, or content, been more flexible.
