Infinite loop detected in JError

Infinite loop detected in JError - Occurs between the hours of 4am-7am every day. My godaddy server support informed me that this error is caused by maxing out connections to msqli database. The max connection where set to 150, then 300... Still this error continued. A temporary fix was to reboot the msqli database, which closed all connections to msqli & caused the site to work... error went away. But error returns between the hours of 4am-7am every day still. Then I had then godaddy server team make a script to automatically reboot msqli every day as a temporary fix until i could get some support. This did not work so we went to every 12hrs to 8hrs to 4hrs to 1hr, none prevented the error from occurring between the hours of 4am-7am every day. There isn't anything in the error logs, only shows all resource have been max out.
