Updating

I downloaded this temp about a month ago & I notice that there are updates under the update section. How can I tell if which update I need, or if I already have the updated version, if not how to update the temp?

You are recommended to apply all updates. If you haven't made any change to the template's files, it would be very simple that you just need to download the latest version and override the template folder.
