the problem of menu background

Hi everybody, I would like to fix the problem of menu background , it is not full width when I'm using iPhone to browser the desktop site. Also have problem when I'm using PC, it will happen when changing the browser width!! This is a big big problem for me , is there any buddy also facing this problem??
