Top Gallery Navigation Broken When Latest News is Unpublished.

The navigation for the gallery in the header breaks when the latest news section is unpublished. You should be able to replicate this easily from the quickstart installer. Is there a fix for this?

Go to Joomla Admin > Extensions > Module Manager > Latest Works > External Files > Using JS Module select force enabled...
