Where to change the margin of Module Title (NSP Header)

When I want to show the title of a NSP module on the position header, then some characters can not be seen!
I've attached a screenshot of the 'problem'.

I've already tried to change margins within the module, however, this have been unsuccessful till now.

Who can help me?

Furthermore, I've got two related question to the NPS modules.

A) How can I resize the heading text (under the image) to make it fit perfectly within showed box.
In the attached picture, you will see that Evenhuis & Amerika is not fitting.

How can I make sure that every box has the same size?
Is it just the matter of uploading pictures with equal sizes?
