How to customize 403 error page?

I would like to customize the html output of the 403 error page.
Where and how I can do it?

there was a problem with the forum where I posted this topic.

The template I was referring is Appsite and not Pixellove

You can customize error style on this file ../gk_appsite/css/system/error.css
