Looks like some files are missing or demaged. Please reinstal joomla.

joomla isn't installed yet.
I just loaded the quickstart.
I tried twice in two different servers...

What PHP is this servers using ? Plese try to upload zipped file and than expand it on server.

SOLVED
I changed application.php file with this one (the original from joomla 1.5.23 package).
