Giant Page Title text on 404 error page in AppSite

Hi Gavick,

I'm using AppSite in Joomla 2.5.2.

My 404 error view is showing a huge overlay of my Home menu item's Page Display parameter Page Title text.
I usually use the Page Title text feature to display SEO keyword phrases in the browser page title area. I've found that by adding the text into the parameter, clicking Yes (to display), and and saving it, and then opening it again, clicking "No" (to not display it on the page), it will still display in the browser page title (and in the code), but not in the article page.

How can I disable it from displaying across my AppSite 404 error page when set up as described above?

On a related note... for some strange reason, today, I have lost my Home menu item. Very weird! Just disappeared. Note even working in that site.

Hi Konrad,

I was going to ask you if you had any idea of a solution for this problem, but I decided to make my own custom 404 error page as indicated here, so that I could offer some helpful items to the visitor viewing the page, i.e., a search box and some additional links to specific content.
