Hi all,

We are close to finishing our site, but when were preparing for the users to have the option to edit articles/theirprofile etc. we walked into the following problem, where we cant find out where the problem is located:
youraccount.png

When signing in on the test account on the front end, the menu already looks messed up:

As you can see, the logout button is inbetween the menu which doesnt seems to be right to me?

Second problem is the fact that the layout of the edit your profile/create a article is messed up when clicking on the link.
Your profile

Create Article:

Were wondering how this is possible and most importantly (:mrgreen:) How to fix the problem!

Please help!

Hi
To fix first issue try add to override.css
Code: Select all
.gkPopupWrap .login-gretting .button {
float:right !important;
margin:-25px 5px 3px 2px !important;
}

and remember to enable override.css option in template settings. About seconf and third what browser do you use? Becasue I chcecked on my firefox and it looks good.

The logout button is still not on the bottom of the menu while having overide.css on and putted the code in the link.

When signing in on the test account on the front end, the menu already looks messed up:

As you can see, the logout button is inbetween the menu which doesnt seems to be right to me? I would like to have it in the bottom, as we are going to work with companies. So a profesional look is required.

Hi,

We`ve tried to.. But the update manager gave an error link when we tried to update to the 2.5.1 version from the part "updates" in template manager.

We havent updated joomla 1.7.3 to 2.5, its on our to do list.. But since we have some difficult coding for our product, we will have to take some measures to make sure everything goes alright.

Ok, so is this how gavick works?

Wait till people have less days left for support and then ignore them?

We still have the wrong layout when it comes to the user menu. Thel ogout button is still messing up the layout and the suggestions which have been made havent worked.

Both joomla and template are updated as much as possible. Since update function from the template update part doesnt work i guess template IS updated.

The code is still there in the override.css and appearantly still not working. override.css has been activated as well. We`re pretty desperate.

so could someone PLEASE take a look into it?
