Why is the Template zip file so large?

I'm trying to upload the zip via Extension Manager and I get this "There was an error uploading this file to the server". That's it. It just won't work. Any body else get this problem? I had no problem uploading other much smaller templates this way. It also worked when I did it using a local host. Not sure what to do now.

But I'm an idiot and I posted this in the wrong forum. I meant it for "AppPhone" not Appsite.

I just read "The File Size Upload Limit on your Server is set too low to allow larger files to be uploaded." Does this sound about right?

If it's AppPhone template, you were right as it's more than 4Mb but the server seems to allow just 2Mb to upload files. You can open php.ini, find:

upload_max_filesize = 2M

And adjust it to 5M then restart your server and upload it again.
