Mainmenu startlevel missing

Hi All,

Am I missing something? In previous templates I was able to define the startlevel of the mainmenu. This option is not available anymore. I still see it in templatedetails.xml, and can even see it in the rendered sourcecode when I'm in admin.

But for some reason it doesn't show. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
