Fonts not updating

I am making changes to the fonts under the Template > Fonts area and the changes are not being reflected on the site. I cleared my cache and am using standard fonts so I am unclear why the updates are not showing up. Any tips would be appreciated.

Have You set the layers names to where fonts should be changed. If this has to be done globaly please use just "body".

Also, how do we go about changing the actual size of the fonts?

There is a textarea next to the language selector, but with the additional question I believe easier would be to simply add both this things in css ( override.css - remember to allow using of this file first ).

Example:
