Font differences in IE/FF vs. Chrome?

Just noticed that there is a huge difference in fonts displayed in IE and Firefox vs. the fonts displayed in Chrome. Whazzap with that? Is there a way that I can get the fonts (sizes and types) to be consistent across the two browsers?
