Vertical scrollbar shows even if no content to scroll

I´ve customized the AppSite template quite a lot, and as you can see, the vertcal scollbar shows even when there is no need for vertical scroll. This was also a case before i customized the template. I only want the vertical scollbar when its som content to scroll.

Why is that and how can I solve this?

I've checked your site on latest Opera and FF and I don't see vertical scrollbar on the main page, please give us direct url to page where this problem occur, because I can't see your attachment.

I've checked latest FF, Chrome and Safari on Mac. They all show vertical scrollbar even not needed.
