Latest from author block - get the links nearer together

Hello!

I am trying to modyfy the "latest from author" block below an article.
I would like to have the listed articles nearer together.

I get to manage the links nearer if I change the following lines in the css/k2.css

.itemAuthorLatest ul li { background: url("../images/style1/bul_li_menu.png") no-repeat scroll 0 15px transparent !important;
border-top: 0px solid #EEEEEE;
padding: 6px 20px !important; }

If I cange the padding 6px to 0 the text is as near, as I would like to have it. The problem is just the star singn in front of it. This sign stays as it is and doesn't get nearer. You can see my result here:

I would be glad if anyone could help me getting the star on the same line as the link!

Alright, I found it myself, I had to look into the stylex.css ant there I found the specific item to change.
