Main Menu Dropdown not working for guests

Everything is in the title...
I think there is a javascript conflict, but I have not found the error.
I've tried to disable all the modules and plugins, but the menu is still not working.
However, the dropdown works when the user is logged in...

There are no submenu in the code so it must be a configuration problem. Can You please give me the access to Your admin panel ?

Hi

I've seen the menu and there is a lot of "Special" and "Registered" as access level. Try to play with this values. Please also extend my user's right to see template's settings or make a screenshot of that part of the panel.

Unfortunately template settings for menu are ok. Have You played with the menu items ? Try to choose "Special" and "Registered" values more carefully.
