Media box from AppSite

How to make media box like this from AppSite? Is solution for Joomla 1.5 but this metod not work on Joomla 1.6. Where I must copy additional code? Not work moviebox (on click - open vimeo or youtube in this same window - no shadobox window with movie)

And why in my border CSS is strage centered (no right margin) This border is that same code as this on the top.
