Free space between modules

Hi. I have problem with one free space between modules. This space is mark on photo [?]. All of the rest free spaces I deleted, but this one is freak:-) I can't see him.

This space is white becouse I've used wite background under all module.

Div's inside box have 12px margin. This is first reason to this space. Second one is that header 2 has only 33% of width and header1 has 65% so it left 2% free space

Ok. How to change header2 width (this 2%)? In template settings is only header1 width. In style CSS? Where i find this settings?

Now i change free space color (i cant deleted this) to red. Its this 2%?
