Right two columns

How can I layout my right two column modules and right-top module like the demo?
I have changed percentages in layouts in the template but the right two columns never come out equal.

Right column width: 32%
(in relation with full template width)

Right2 column width: 50%
(actually the demo uses 54%, but with 50% should be equal. This value is 50% of right column width)
