How to decrease padding in modules and pages

Hello,

I am trying to customize Music City template to replace what I am currently using at www.ghanamusic.com. I have trying to reduce the padding on the modules/pages but I have not been successful. I need to do this so that the page cam contain a 640x360 player and have a right column as well.
