install COmetchat in musicity template

Hi
I'm trying to install COmetchat in musicity template, and I want to know if possible by the fact that I have to Copy the following code into the </ body> ,
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="all" href="http://yourdomain.com/cometchat/cometchatcss.php" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://yourdomain.com/cometchat/cometchatjs.php"></script>
from the template index.php and I do not see the code </ body>

You will find </body> in templatesgk_musicitylayoutsdefault.php file.
