K2 listing on User page

Hello guys i know it's not a k2 forum but I'd like to set the layout for articles on user page like you guys have it on the demo. However, for the life of me I can't figure out how to limit the intro text to a specific number of words. Would you please help me with that?

While adding your article content, after (i.e.) 2 lines, you just have to add "More"link.
