Change the site name?

I've changed the site name in Global Configuration but it still says "Welcome to the Frontpage". When I went in to change the name of the site, nothing was in the field. Is there somewhere else I need to change this?

Hi

Please go to "Mainmenu > Home > Parameters System ".
Them remove "Page Title" and leave it blank.
