How i create Facebook api id?

It may seems stupid, but i can't find out how and where i create the api id, so to enter them in the backend.

any help? is there any help/installation file for this template?

To be honest I do not know, but this is the way to get facebook API. So if You were asked for it than it's a way You should go.
