members module show big pictures (height) wrong

I hope I can explane what I mean, my english isn't very good... :blush:

I use jomsocial and the members module from gk. If a user have a userpic with a high Y size (as example 400x50px), the module looks a littele bit wrong. The picture is shown full, but small.
I think to take little quadrat of the picture is a better way.

I have made a picture of it. Red is the wrong sized picture. Green shows a area, what insted of the full picture is used. Normaly the middle of a picture. Other sides as facebook do the same.
