where do I go to customize text colors

I want to change the text colors for my site especially for the modules on jomsocial and registration area. where do i go to do this? The text on site is same as background as you can see in the right sidebar.

my site is offline i fixed the text in jomsocial part by buying a jomsocial template. The only thing now is that musicity text in the template are too dark and the colors to choose from are even worse the red is too dark.
