TUTORIAL VIDEO

Please Please Please post a tutorial video about the installation process and basic maintenance. I just wasted a lot of my day trying to get started with Quickstart 1.7 just for the member functions (modules) from GK to crash everything. I am not a developer so I can not easily tweak here and there without guidance.

This is the only industry that I've observed (the template makers and salesmen) that gets away time and time again with selling products that don't work out of the box. I'm not here to complain though. I'm here to ask for help. I'm on a very sensitive timeline which is why I brought the template to begin with.

I installed everything according to instructions on how to install a quickstart. I had everything LOOKING good but i couldn't see anything that even remotely looked like it was a member site.

Your products are beautiful. If they would work right as soon as they were installed like a few of your peers' products I'd be a happy man.

If you know that there are errors, couldn't you notify us of of what to do to correct them in the code or send updates with the corrections included? Whatever you guys had to do to get it to work with your version I'd appreciate it if you would tell us rather than have us spend hours looking through a forum for GUESSES at what might fix mistakes that were made by your team.

If I can find free templates that work without error out of the box I should definitely get the same from products I spend money on. Why is that not often the case anymore (not just from your company...)
