How you make the GK JOMSOCIAL MEMBERS , is it a module, or plugin

I need solething like that on frontpage of my site, using self, wich module using for having this jomsocial members on front page, whith large pic and hit....

This is simple Joomla module which get data from JomSocial tables in database.
