Categories list menu strange problem...

Hello,

Really odd problem.. Why my menu item category list layout it's not working... on musicity template.

if I put this at the end of the link ?template=ja-purity works normal.. but when using my deafult template (musicty only appears the filter.. and no article get listed,

see the screen..

this is driving me nuts.. please help.
