Upgrade instructions

I am running a site which I started with the Musicity 1.5 Quickstart. Do you have any instructions on how to uprade this to 1.7 and use that version of the template?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I would have thought this was a common request - surely someone has needed to upgrade from a 1.5 template. The lack of documentation is a little frustrating.
