IE7 & 8 : menu does not appear

Hello,
I installed the template Musicity.
With Firefox and Google Chrome, I do not encounter problems.

[*]With Internet Explorer 7 and 8 is a disaster, my menu does not appear, or not properly. Do you know how to fix this?
[*]Another problem is how to translate the 3 words in connection : my account, login and sign in?
