Changing colours

Hey guys,

How do I change the following items to match my logo colour.

Menu -
* not highlighted
* highlighted

Content
* Heading Text
* Border - - - - (dashes)

Would also be happy about a solution for the font problem (not showing ü, ä, ö and others although characters exist in BebasNeue).

I assume you don't mean my site. Here is a link: www.lucys-travel.de. I replaced all ü,ä and ö to ue, ae, oe but this is not a good solution.
