Logo spacing - top margin

Hi, I'm trying to get my logo closer to the top of the page, but there are 2 little dashes on the left and right above the logo and no matter what I do I can't get it to move up.

ALSO trying to remove the uppercase on the menu and can't find the code.

For menu uppercase problem I think it's the font which was used is having only uppercased letters, so You need to change the font for it in template parameters.

I see that the logo spacing problem no exists anymore What did You do to solve it ?
