Icons you show on printscreen show up under articles only. But if you go to our demo you will see that there is a custom html module with social icons and you can enable it on all pages.

No. Look at here http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/jan2011/ at the bottom on the right you can see social icons like twitter, facebook, vimeo, youtube. It is custom_html module. Just edit it and paste in href url to your social account.
