Main menu and Multilanguage site

Hi. I'm tring to configure this site (http://tomy.mixit.com.ar/hotel/) with 3 languages following this tutorial (http://help.joomla.org/files/EN-GB_multilang_tutorial.pdf) but i can't find a Joomla module with Main menu in it.
I need to create 3 main menus: one for all languages, one for Portugese and one for Spanish language.
