Log in with facebook link not functioning

I am using the Coffee template. When attempting to us the Log in with facebook link in the login drop down. Nothing happens.

Please make sure that files in template/html/com_content and ../html/mod_login are updated and also Login with Facebook plugin.

Have i missed "How To" about publishing this module? Facebook API app ID?
